Wells Fargos Wealth Management (WM) group is a leading provider of financial services to high-net worth clients through Wells Fargo Private Bank and to the affluent segment through partnerships between Wealth Brokerage Services (WBS) and the Community Bank. Within WM, Investment & Fiduciary Services (IFS) works with our clients to build, manage, preserve, and transition their wealth. As one of the nations strongest financial institutions we bring together a team of experienced professionals to gain insight into each clients unique situation to deliver specialized wealth solutions that best meet their particular needs and goals. Within IFS we have six Fiduciary Management Services (FMS) offices that support clients and field offices by providing trust administration, investment management, and fiduciary services.

We currently have an opening for a Securities Operations Service Specialist 2 (SOSS 2) within the Fiduciary Management Centralized Operations team. This team member will contribute to the high volumes and moderately complex transactions processed daily for IFS clients within Wealth Management. Operational tasks will be specifically related to bill pay services. There is no direct customer contact in this role.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

Processing and reconciling bill pay related transactions
Researching and resolving inquires
Reviewing time sensitive and/or complex documents
May assist with the creation or revision of departmental procedures
Coordinating situations that involve other departments
Moderate internal customer contact
Will work under minimal supervision

Required Qualifications
* 18+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications
* Data entry experience
* Trust operations experience
* Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships
* Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
* Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
* Exposure to Wells Fargo SEI Trust 3000 Wells Fargo Trust Accounting system of record
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Experience meeting high production and quality standards
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NV-Las Vegas: Min: $33,300 Mid: $42,000
