Project Manager, Enterprise Solutions

News Corp, a global media and information services company, is looking for a Project Manager to join our exceptional Enterprise Solutions organization!

This individual will be an integral member of the Enterprise Solutions team who has experience with in depth budgeting, analysis, and strong PowerPoint skills. The Project Manager will be tasked with planning and organizing the activities of the Enterprise Solutions team to handle Coordination with technical manager and team members. Additionally, the Project Manager is required to translate business requirements through analysis and design into functional solutions, and to work on a variety of Ad hoc projects.

Location: USA (New York, NY)

Job Responsibilities:

Work with the Enterprise Solutions Team to maintain overall project schedules

Manage stakeholder communication and steering committee engagement

Develops and maintains project management documentation

Bring projects through appropriate gating and governance process when moving from one phase to the next

Quickly adapt to changes in business strategy

Help the leadership team communicate solution value to key stakeholders

Project Manager helps in guiding businesses in improving processes, products, services and software through data analysis.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required

5+ years of Project Management experience preferred

Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) and PowerPoint

Ability work collaboratively within a team and have strong influencing skills

Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment

Must be skilled in analytical techniques, practices and problem solving

Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills
