You own capability delivery for Partner Incentive solutions in our incubation ecosystem end to end. You lead a virtual team to drive the conceptual architecture and capability innovation roadmap. The Incubation Ecosystem product manager role will be a member of the Microsoft Incentives Operations team within Microsoft Operations. Our organization supports Microsoft's strategy to leverage our partners as extended sales force to help Microsoft accelerate securing revenue. We are a fast-paced, results oriented group within Microsoft Operations that interacts with the Business Groups, Partner Groups, Engineering teams, Regional Operations Centers, Finance, Customer Service and many more organizations to ensure our Partner Incentive programs are operationalized with efficiency. We are responsible for designing, launching, improving and executing operational solutions to payout incentives to Microsoft Partners.

You have deep familiarity with leading solution delivery through both agile and waterfall product delivery frameworks. You strive to understand critical business outcomes and constantly think about how we drive capabilities/technology innovation to enable the business. You excel at partnering with engineers to deliver business innovation. You are a strategic thinker (big picture) with ability to connect the dots and you have an ability to go immediate to ground level details. You are a rigorous project manager and take pride in delivering solid, clean projects. You are tenacious in unearthing risks and mitigate them proactively, engaging whoever you need for support to do this. You love to market the great work that the team drives to share how we can unlock new business opportunities. You seamlessly manage relationships with various Business, Operations and Engineering groups to drive end-to-end capability solutions across the partner incentives incubation ecosystem. You are a great communicator, able to customize your message to many layers in a large Corporation and you are comfortable delivering difficult messages when required. You have a passion for excellence and quality execution.

Responsibilities - The Incubation Ecosystem Product Manager role is focused on the following:

* Strategic Plan to Execution Plan ownership for Partner Incentives Incubation Ecosystem Tools
* Ownership of End-to-End Incubation tools roadmap, conceptual architecture, business scenarios, and success criteria documentation
* Ownership of Incubation Ecosystem alignment with business SMEs to ensure the capabilities and workflows we deliver are fully aligned with and in support of our business processes
* Proactive thought leadership on ways to improve our overall delivery model through process and data innovation.
* Relationship management with engineering delivery teams including guidance on backlog prioritization and sprint planning
* Ensures Incubation Ecosystem tools meet compliance and controls by design and supports internal audit processes
* Ensures all tool components meets CSEO Engineering Excellence Standards including performance, data quality, security, application quality, technology upgrades/patches/releases
* Leading training, communications, and readiness for new functionality to ensure the organization is ready to support
* Test planning, triaging, and execution leadership to ensure capabilities and new features are tested and delivered with quality and within agreed SLAs
* Managing MIO and business team relationships throughout planning and execution to ensure their feedback/requirements are heard and factored into our plans
* Provides status reports on planning, delivery, and maintenance of all ecosystem capabilities

Basic Qualifications:

* A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Operations, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.
* 6+ years of relevant business experience within Operations, IT, Sales Incentives Operations, or other relevant roles
* 6+ years of demonstrated Product Management, Capability or Program/Project Management experience preferably in an Operations environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Strong product/project/program management experience
* Demonstrated experience working with Partner audiences and/or Payout processes and capabilities.
* Experience in managing enterprise incentive compensation solutions
* Strong written/oral communication skills required along with desire and ability to communicate with business leaders through all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated ability to motivate self and others, can mentor and coach others.
* Conflict/Negotiation management; ability to impact and influence at a GM or VP level
* High energy individual with a can do attitude.
* Strong end to end thinking with process orientation; ability to develop enterprise-wide solutions.
* Good analytical and organization skills
