Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for preparing and supporting the coordination of financial and operational reports for the business leadership. This may include but not limited to program level variance analysis and cash flow reporting, direct labor utilization and headcount reporting
* Responsible for preparing and supporting the coordination of financial and operational reports that are required by L3Harris corporate
* Support automation and process improvement initiatives
* Supports monthly and quarterly close processes and specific reporting requirements
* Supports the development and reporting of the annual operating plan
* Supports the Controllership team as needed
* Must be proactive and take the initiative to drive tasks to completion
* Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that is cooperative and supportive of customers, co-workers and managers
Qualifications:
* Student enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
* GPA of 3.0 or greater; Junior or Senior standing preferred
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge and/or experience in financial stability, analysis, negotiations, cost/schedule development, budgeting, Excel spreadsheets (lookup, sum, iferror, pivot tables, etc.), customer/management reporting, accounts payable, financial analysis and reporting, accounts receivable, financial systems, financial planning, financial modeling, corporate forecasting, contract compliance and/or business acquisitions
