Paid Time Off:
Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.

Responsibilities
Envision Healthcare is looking for a self-motivated and passionate HR professional to be responsible for the administration, planning and implementation of the Company’s benefits and well-being programs such as Group Health & Welfare and Leave Administration. The Manager will also have oversight of various Total Rewards programs that focus on the health, well-being and recognition of Envision Healthcare teammates. This role requires a results-driven professional who is highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful, and effective at building and maintaining working relationships cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills and strong verbal and written communication ability.
Manage the interpretation, implementation, evaluation, administration, communication and delivery of comprehensive benefit plans including but not limited to Health & Welfare, well-being, FMLA and Company leaves.
Responsible for ensuring plans and processes are compliant with Plan Documents and State/ Federal regulations, particularly in the area of leave administration.
Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing benefits, wellbeing & recognition programs, policies, and procedures, including an ability to gain support and approval for proposals.
Create & maintain benefit plan documents including but not limited to SPD’s, policies & plan administration requirements.
Direct oversight of Benefits Third Party Administrator’s processes & SOP’s.
Collaborate with Payroll and Benefit vendors to ensure benefit deductions are administered in a timely fashion.
Manage operational efficiency and lead projects related to benefits.
Assist in the management of communications strategy and delivery to facilitate clear understanding, internally and externally, of benefits plan provisions to employees and management.
Manage the interpretation and judgments pertaining to related policies/procedures, plan documents.
Manage vendor quality and performance to include but not limited to: documentation issues, customer service, adherence to plan provisions, and performance guarantees.
Make recommendations regarding employee benefits issues to management. Determine compliance with legal requirements including but not limited to COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA and ERISA.
Stay abreast of benefit trends to gain understanding of market trends and changing conditions.
Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so.
Qualifications

Thorough working knowledge of Health & Welfare regulations, policies, & administration of plans.
Experience with building and iterating corporate wellness and recognition programs
Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment and is able to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience exercising independent judgment and discretion while using company policies and practices to analyze situations, spot potential issues and determine appropriate action
In depth knowledge of various well-being and benefit initiatives and compliance
Education/Experience
Preferred bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 5 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
Proficiency in MS Office products including: Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
Experience with Microsoft Access & Learning Management Systems strongly preferred
