About the Role
Supports the stocking and or drop ship procurement processes and relationships with all stakeholders to effectively support sales and Product Marketing revenue and profit objectives. Manages and protects the inventory assets of the company to minimize inventory related financial exposure such as low turn products, aging issues, excess stocking levels, days of stock, etc. Aligns with PM to execute on plans and methods to achieve high customer (internal and or external) and vendor satisfaction relative to inventory and asset management
What You'll Do
Optimize Procurement Opportunities: Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to analyze, evaluate, and identify procurement opportunities from vendors, including those beyond regular run rate buys, with a focus on maximizing financial benefits.
Efficient Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory to align with department objectives for on-hand inventory, days of supply, and aged stock. Partner with the Product Marketing team to develop action plans that mitigate risks, address constraints, and reduce low-turnover items.
Vendor Relationship Management: Negotiate exceptional returns and other necessary terms to address excess inventory efficiently.
Timely Revenue Recognition: Manage dropship billing to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.
Risk Mitigation: Ensure compliance with vendor terms and conditions to minimize risk to TD SYNNEX.
Price Protection: Minimize price protection exposure related to on-hand inventories. Resolve purchase order disputes and shipment discrepancies without causing any financial impact to the company.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements based on vendor scorecard reviews, contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
SIOP Preparation: Prepare for Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) reviews to support informed decision-making.
Customer Support: Serve as a point of escalation for both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership: Lead by example in promoting best practices, team projects, and initiatives. Assist the manager with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements, provide backup support when needed, and help allocate workloads as delegated. Additionally, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and contribute to new hire training.
What We're Looking For
3 + years of relevant work experience
A college degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking ability, and effective decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills, including fluency in English and other local/regional languages.
The capacity to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities.
Proficiency in negotiating and persuasively conveying ideas.

Salary Range Requirement:
Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
Hiring Base Salary Range $65,000 - $73,400 USD Annual
