Your role
We’re looking for a market head to:
• create a vision and business development strategy
• coach branch managers and financial advisors to deliver excellent client service, drive business growth, improve retention and establish a robust local presence
• set financial advisor recruiting goals, lead recruiting activities and oversee the transition of advisors
• monitor and resolve (in collaboration with partners) escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
• partner with the management team to manage day-to-day activities
• manage P&L, and incorporate P&L considerations in business decisions

Your team
You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas - led by US Wealth Management Director. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. You'll lead the Pacific Northwest team, reporting directly to the division director. You'll manage a group of branch managers and financial advisors across this market acting as a coach on all aspects of their roles.
Your expertise
• ideally [3-5] years of experience with a leading financial institution
• proven leadership experience in the industry
• FINRA Registrations: Series 3 (where applicable) Series 7, 66, 9, and 10
• life and Health Insurance license
• motivated, self-directed and driven
• skilled at creating a positive business culture
• result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)
