As the Manager of Implementation and Integration in North America Operations, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project delivery of medium and large strategic initiatives for the region. You will provide leadership and overall management of all project work streams, playing both a leadership and individual contributor role where applicable. You will negotiate and manage scope and schedule, facilitate global and cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are viable across the organizations. You’ll lead the development and implementation of technology platforms, processes, workflows, and tools that ensure the teams’ and programs’ ongoing success.
For this role, we require you to be degree educated and have 5 years’ experience in a process and project management role within a global organization. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable
