As Maintenance Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the CMMS systems. You will be the go to for the Maintenance Technicians, creating work instructions for chillers, boilers, pumps, air compressors, HVAC, De-Ionized water, Reverse Osmosis, electrical, and ancillary equipment to ensure the systems parameters for the above site systems are in spec. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Formulate, create, and control maintenance activities/records for Facilities related assets

* Create, modify, and update Preventative (PM) and Corrective (CM) maintenance tickets and determine correct frequency based on OEM recommendation and actual equipment data

* Interpret technical documents to create accurate work instructions for PMs and CMs

* Lead the Instruments and Controls (I&C) team to maximize Total Productive Maintenance and Reliability Centered Maintenance programs

* Responsible for root cause analysis reports to feedback learning and improvement opportunities to the Facilities Engineers and asset owners to improve maintenance and asset performance

* Provide pro-active and professional communication with customers on part status, schedule and technical issues

* Support spare parts procurement and development of critical spares inventory

REQUIRED:

* BS degree in an engineering field

* 2-3 years of manufacturing environment

PREFERRED:

* 2+ years of reliability centered maintenance program development or implementation

* 2+ years of maintenance planning

* 2+ years of supporting troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment

* 2+ years of condition based monitoring systems experience

* Experience with MRP/ERP systems is preferred.

* Experience with SQL and/or analytical software such as Tableau or Business Intelligence tools.

* Strong prioritization, analytical, computer, and written/communication skills.

* High-stress tolerance thrives in high-pressure environment and wearing multiple hats
