Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Coffee Bar Barista is responsible for greeting all customers in a fast, friendly, personalized manner. The Coffee Bar Barista is also responsible for providing customers with refreshments in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Respond efficiently and courteously to customers’ requests and prepares beverages requested
Check temperatures of refrigerators or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning
Describe menu items to customers and suggest products that might appeal to them
Stock supplies and retail products
Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparations items
Wrap, label and date food items
Keep customer seating areas clean and organized
Create signs to advertise products or dealership events
Excellent communication and customer service skills, and able to maintain a professional image and demeanor
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Great communication skills is a must
Ability to speak multiple languages is always a plus
Ability to work hard with limited supervision
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & drug test)
