Role is created to provide on the job training & build skills as an apprentice. Length of apprenticeship is pre-established for a set period of time. Work assignments are well defined with a high degree of supervision and direction provided.

As a Technology Pathway Program hire, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to

Provide analytical and/or technical skills to support the design, development, implementation of technology solutions to support our clients and manage risk
Responsible for delivering innovative capabilities in a team environment, as well as leveraging skills, background and interests for a specific group within Technology and Operations

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a current Technology Pathway Program participant supporting Bank of America.  
Completed technology certification from partnered organization (Per Scholas, NPower or Year Up)
Highly organized self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction
Creative and proactive problem solver – ability to quickly grasp what the team needs and offer suggestions above and beyond what they are asking for
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Teamwork oriented
Demonstrated problem solving abilities
Commitment to learning and building a complete technical and business skill set
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technology/development and business partners – ability to translate between these two constituencies
Solid grasp of how technology interacts with other technology
Ability to build relationship and work effectively across multiple business partners
