Leads a team of engineers who provide direct customer support to ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) programs.
• Facilitates meetings to assess progress, respond to issues and technical questions regarding use of Broadcom Intellectual Property (IP), test and packaging requirements and general design flow.
• Works with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Provides program updates to upper-management with risks & mitigation proposals
Job Requirements:
• Must have knowledge of ASIC design flow including physical design, logic simulation, test, and packaging.
• Knowledge of test methods including scan, boundary scan, memory BIST and test and repair highly desired.
• Exposure to serial communications protocols (SerDes) desired.
• Successful experience working directly with customers.
• Ability to work within the organization to resolve customer issues and drive them to closure.
Education and Experience required:
• Minimum of 12 years of overall experience. Previous management experience of at least 3 years is desired
