Scope & Summary

As a Customer Relationship Specialist you are passionate about supply chain and customer service, resolving issues to deliver a great customer experience every time! You are excited about working in a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same, embracing change and thriving on the challenge of delivering the best possible outcomes for customers. You will be supporting Customer Relationship Managers and partnering with stakeholders (Integrated Supply Chain Teams, Sales, Business Units, Finance), to help our customers (Distributors, Key End Customers and System Integrators) achieve their desired outcomes and productivity goals to enhance their supply chain experience with Rockwell Automation.

What you will be doing:

Building relationships, both internal and external, with key customers and stakeholders.
Understanding key customer needs and working cross-functionally to support those needs.
Providing various reports and data analytics of a current situation (eg. Open orders status, shipping accuracy, claims status, backlog & priorities monitoring, demand sensing and AONs reporting, etc.).
Helping out to solve customer supply chain related issues using a positive, proactive customer centric mindset.
Work with others to determine alternative solutions as required that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Identifying trends through analysis and escalating to the proper channel.

Good understanding of the end to end supply chain with the ability to collaborate within the organization at all levels.
You are comfortable participating in and leading conversations with customers and Rockwell Automation business units, including executive leadership.
You are adaptable and can identify the urgency of tasks and can prioritize the tasks accordingly.
You are excited to work in a dynamic, fast paced and challenging environment.
You have strong computer skills and can quickly navigate multiple business systems to process requests within specified SLAs.
Process oriented, detailed and adaptable to changes in technology.

Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Education: Four year degree
Previous Customer Care Management or Customer Facing experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis
Understanding of demand planning and supply chain processes
Advanced Excel, Business Data Management, spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
SAP experience

Advantageous:

End customer & Distributor management experience
Experience in collaboration with and within cross functional teams
Understanding of Automation segment, Knowledge of RA business and distribution model
