The Seagate Human Resources team is looking for a smart, forward-thinking problem solver for our Employees Relations Director role. The role of a Employee Relations Director is to perform a variety of duties, which typically include working for the welfare of the employees by/through investigative methods, resolving their issues, reviewing policies and procedures, helping to build the morale, building out analytics to define adequate response times. You will also Identify areas of concern within various organizations and create of programs designed to address concern areas prior to issues arising.

About the role - you will:
Conduct interviews with various levels of employees to understand their concerns
Investigate the factors that are adversely affecting the performance, morale, and productivity of the Seagate employees
Evaluate the work-related problems by taking appropriate measures and discussing with the human resources business partner (HRBP) to design plans of action
Create proactive programs designed to prevent workplace issues/concerns
Inform and guide the employees on the rules and regulations of the company and the procedures that need to be followed to ensure their compliance
Counsel and advise the employees on their concerns
Conduct surveys and gather information from the employees for developing and creating a conducive work environment, thus enhancing the employee experience
Prepare reports related to the employees' concerns, the action plans that have been taken, and their effects on the employee base at large
