About the Role

You will provide technical and operational support for Treasury Implementation Specialists, Commercial Client Service Specialists, Treasury Analysts, Treasury Management Officers, Treasury Product Managers, and other internal clients. Supporting the implementation of treasury products is at the core of this role as a coordinator and consultant for internal clients.   You’re part of the backbone of Treasury, from account and product set up through billing and account analysis.

What You Can Expect

You’ll move back and forth between Account Analysis and Product Support.  Once the customer has purchased treasury products you set them up on our systems, you manage tokens and monitor reports for any system errors.  You process lockbox payments and balance accounts and we strive for a zero error ratio.  This is a unique group inside BOKF, performing work and with access to systems that others do not. As a problem solver you’re able to focus on what you do while only working with internal partners.   You’ll provide tier two and some tier three technical support, partnering with the Treasury Account Services Supervisor, Specialist III and other internal departments to solve product issues.

You will build relationships and get to know your coworkers in operations and technology and sales, working across multiple lines of business. Our teams work with product managers, analysts, operations, sales, vendors, and the product support team.

How You'll Spend Your Time

You’ll ensure customer setups and billing are implemented and documented correctly. 

You’ll analyze complex, interconnected systems and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, acting as a subject matter expert on Treasury Products.

You’ll consult, communicate, and train with Product Managers, Treasury Analysts, Treasury Management Officers, Implementations Specialists, and other internal clients and external vendors for regarding setup, billing, and functionality of various Treasury products.

You’ll have the opportunity to provide input regarding process improvement and innovation which will benefit the bank and our clients. . 

You’ll assist Treasury Services during conversions and upgrades.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL:  You must be thorough and accurate in everything you do, follow our established standards and have good judgment.  Accuracy, follow up and follow-through are vital for this role.

TREASURY MANAGEMENT: You will use your knowledge and experience with banking and finance, cash management, bank operations, and products and services to deliver concierge-style implementation to clients.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree and 3-4 years experience in a bank operations environment; or 6-8 years of equivalent work related experience in a technical environment preferred.
