SCOPE/PURPOSE OF POSITION:

* Execute all daily operational activities related to the Change Management (CM) Process along with monitoring and analyzing process metrics to help drive continual process improvement

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Perform and manage all daily operational activities required by the Change Management process
* Implement, execute, analyze and improve the CM process using best practice and Lean knowledge
* Assist with ensuring that the CM process effectively and efficiently integrates with other existing ITSM processes
* Assist with maturity assessments/internal audits to measure CM process performance and identify improvement opportunities as needed
* Assist with efforts to build organizational understanding of the CM process (purpose, outcomes, expected impact, rationale and need) as needed
* Assist with monitoring CM process adoption and use and identify opportunities increase both as needed
* Assist with the developing, implementing, and monitoring CM metrics for process effectiveness, adoption, efficiency, and outputs as needed
* Monitor and report activities/ exceptions that do not adhere to the defined CM process
* Assist with proactively communicating important CM process changes and supporting rationale
* Utilize ITSM systems/processes and specialized techniques for continuous improvement (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management)
* Other duties as requested

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum of associates degree in relevant field; bachelor's degree preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE

* 2+ years relevant operational experience preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS

* Experience with ITIL and IT Service Management processes
* Experience with ITSM tools
* Experience with process design
* Experience with IT metrics and Service Management analytics
* Experienced technical writing capability
* Effective leadership, organization, and planning skills, with ability to handle changing priorities
* Excellent communications, interpersonal and influencing skills

DESIRED SKILLS

* ITIL Certification preferred
* Six Sigma Certification
* Experience with training and development of virtual training techniques

TRAVEL

* Up to 25% domestic & international travel
