The Digital Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) Lead role seeks candidates with strong communication and agile product management experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. This Associate Director role will work directly with partner with the GCTO organization to establish roadmaps for the Digital GCTO space as well as own the overall technical delivery within the space.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Provide Technical Oversight over all development activities within the Digital GCTO space.

* Partner with the business to clearly understand the business needs and problem statements.

* Establish and maintain the technical product roadmap.

* Be the point person to oversee the delivery of the products within the digital GCTO space.

* Manage developers (both employees as well as consultants) and provide guidance as needed.

* Select and build vendor relationships to accelerate scaling up of teams as demand accelerates.

Required Experience and Skills:

* 8+ years in Information Technology.

* 5+ years of experience leading programs in Agile (Scrum) project methodology.

* Strong understanding of IT product ownership.

* Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, as well as next gen technologies.

* Expertise with JIRA & Confluence.

* Demonstrated leadership experience, leading teams through influence.

* Demonstrated experience with end to end business process.

* Strong analytical thinker and problem-solving skills.

* Strong written, listening, communication, and influencing skills.

* Strong collaboration and teamwork experience.

* Experience with Change management practices.

Minimum Education Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree
