Global Marketing Intern

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking a strong candidate to support our global DigitalBCG marketing team. In this role, you will assist members of the marketing team in a variety of marketing related topics including email communication, social media, reporting marketing metrics and business intelligence, event marketing, along with other support activities related to DigitalBCG marketing. The role provides the opportunity to gain introductory experience in global marketing at one of the leading management consulting firms.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

* Collaborate with members of the global DigitalBCG marketing team and leadership to support the development of branded messaging and collateral;
* Maintain database of relevant client marketing activities across various marketing teams and ensure proper CRM tagging and tracking/ reporting;
* Assist in managing pipelines for media activities, and commercial content;
* Support the execution of DigitalBCGs global and regional events portfolio from pre-event planning through coordination of onsite experience elements;
* Leverage the firms CRM system, global reports, and other tools to generate business intelligence reports that track and measure marketing performance metrics across digital channels including web and social media;
* Support maintenance of branding assets;
* Building analyst relations message and response archive;
* Maintain and update core materials, engagement trackers, email lists, and other assets for the DigitalBCG;
* Support special marketing projects and select administrative tasks.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

* Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies with high academic achievements
* Strong organization and project management skills
* Strong attention to detail and learning agility
* Solid analytical skills
* An interest in digital and technology topics
* Willingness to learn business intelligence (BI) and CRM functionality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel
* Creative, yet structured problem solver
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
* Familiarity with collaborating in a virtual environment via Trello and Slack, preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and service mentality

YOU'LL WORK WITH

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
