Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Quality Business Analyst to join our Marketplace Operations (MPO) team! As part of the North America MPO team, the Quality teams role is to improve operational performance throughout Nikes supply chain across wholesale accounts and Nike Direct. As the Quality Analyst, you will collaborate with NA MPO (Account, Channel, and Seasonal), Global MPO, Customer Finance, Nike Distribution Centers, Transportation, and the broader Supply Chain to drive effective, efficient, and sustainable operational quality process improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to self-motivated, curious, and willing to dig into ambiguous operational problems that dont always have clean or clear solutions. Because customer and consumer expectations and behaviors are constantly evolving, you must be able to quickly learn complex concepts and make decisions and recommendations using relevant data and analysis. Given the cross-functional nature of our business, you must also be able to collaborate with and communicate across different levels within the Nike matrix.

What you will work on

* Drive operational improvement projects in collaboration with subject matter experts across NA and Global Operations and Logistics partners
* Drive operational process improvement efforts with NA and Global Operations and Logistics partners with a focus on implementing standard methodologies and standardization, where appropriate
* Analyze data sets and processes to identify issues, root causes, and plan and implement corrective actions
* Monitor, leverage, and improve Quality-specific KPIs to optimize operational performance and drive profitable business decisions
* Address requests and questions from NA and Global Operations and Logistics partners to ensure timely, effective, and efficient responses while continuing to drive top operational quality priorities
* Play an active role as an operational quality Subject Matter Expert (SME) within Account, Channel, and Seasonal MPO teams
* Collaborate with MPO Quality team to define operational quality strategy and roadmap

What you bring

* Bachelors degree, preferably with a quantitative focus
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a highly operational, analytical role (retail operations/supply chain experience a plus)
* Ability to successfully communicate (verbal/written) to a wide range of audiences across multiple levels of the organization
* Relentless focus on process improvement and continuous learningthere is no finish line
* The ability to balance multiple deadlines, projects, and priorities
* Demonstrated end-to-end process or systems thinking
* Proficient in analyzing and visualizing data (Cognos, SAP, SQL, Alteryx and/or Tableau experience a plus)
* Intermediate/Advance Excel skills (proficient with pivot tables, formulas)
