This Director, Talent Management & Assessment role focuses on the design and global leadership of PepsiCos award-winning assessment, development, and feedback programs. As a key member of the Global Talent Management CoE, the Director will report to the SVP Global Talent Management, and work closely with the other COE team members and the talent management teams in each of the business Sectors and the Global Groups and Functions to deliver against our agenda of differentiating top talent through data-driven methods, and providing developmental feedback for leaders and managers at all levels in the company. The individual in this role will be a true CoE thought leader with deep functional knowledge and experience in applied corporate or consulting organizations designing, implementing and validating these types of global tools and processes. The role manages a small team of Industrial-Organizational Psychologists at both the PhD and MA levels.
As a Director, Talent Management & Assessment, you will have the below key accountabilities:
* Ownership of our multi-trait, multi-method Leadership Assessment & Development (LeAD) for early careers through VP levels of leaders, global 360 feedback program based on the PepsiCo GREAT5 Leadership framework, and our annual upward feedback program for all people managers (Managing the PepsiCo Way).
* The role also serves as the global owner for our Hogan Personality Assessment suite (including strategy and capability building/internal certification) as well as team composition efforts.
* Managing the new and ongoing validation process of these key tools for decision-making and legal defensibility, as well as custom analytics and high impact data-based insights (including summary narratives) using complex psychological assessment data.
* In this role, you will also have a personal client feedback role delivering high-touch feedback and development sessions to key senior leaders and high-potential talent.

Qualifications/Requirements
* PhD in I-O Psychology
* Expertise and experience designing complex psychological assessment and feedback tools (360, personality, simulations, SJTs, structured interviews, surveys)
* Expertise and experience with empirical validation models and research (with strong background in US legal requirements)
* Outstanding collaboration and influencing skills (capable of influencing both senior executives and more senior PhDs in the same content space)
* Internal organizational experience and/or external consulting
* Superior writing and presentation skills (e.g., ability to write custom narratives using assessment data)
* Data analytics capability and knowledge of either SPSS and/or R
Location: Role located in Westchester NY or NYC area to enable attendance at key meetings and 1-1s with key senior leaders in Purchase, NY HQ when relevant.
