Foster the creativity culture within PepsiCo and lead PepsiCos strong presence in external platforms with successful consumer work.
Manage Awards Agenda for WE

* Build the awards list&calendar for WE geographies and align with the local teams. (namely Premier League Category & Some selected Division1 category awards both at global and local scale.)
* Align on the projects to be submitted with the teams & Marketing leads.
* Build and deploy project timeline for awards to the local teams and manage the total project with close collaboration with the local brand teams & agencies.
* Act as regional entries manager: Revise submission materials, recommend categories and subcategories, and communicate results.
* Check the correct award category for each case via close connection awards teams.
* Identify supportive materials needed for each case ( case file, video, etc)
* Kick case write up & additional materials production process off with the creative/media agency. Review each asset with brand teams, and provide feedback, revisions and recos to ensure winnable case docs with correct typology & terminology according to the award.
* Manage internal approvals for the final cases, like legal, corporate communications, etc.
* Ensure case submissions done on time thru creative / media agency.
* Proactive project management of the total awards submissions process.
* Become awards & festivals key contact of Global, Regional and Local award shows within WE scope.
* Keep and maintain record of all award history.
* Key KPIs : Number of submissions, number of awards, win rates.

Build on Awards Awareness & Competency among marketing teams:

* Share tips on case write ups / video preparations.
* Share best practices.
* Manage internal announcement mediums : newsletters, common portals usage, etc.
* Other responsibilities as assigned.

Foster Celebration Success within PepsiCo:

* Build awareness around the success of Pep brands on external platforms.
* Manage & exploit announcement tools within Pep.
* Foster culture of creativity via higher motivation on success.
* Other responsibilities as assigned.

Scope

* West Europe Region geographies.
* Premier League Global Awards like Cannes Lions and Effie, together with Division 1 category local & global effectiveness / creativity awards.

Location is flexible and can be located in: London, UK; Amsterdam, NL; Paris, FR; Barcelona, SP; Berlin DE.

Qualifications/Requirements

* University Graduate
* Min 8 years experience in Marketing in total, but especially, with a min 4- 5 years experience in Awards Submissions/PR roles in Creative / Media / PR Agencies or PR division of big companies.
* Having strategical skills to build & structure winnable strong cases out of campaigns
* Proactive in project management
* Well organized & results oriented
* High coordination and interpersonal skills with cross teams
* Good at influence & impact
* Multitasking & good follow up skills
* Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint
* Fluency in English
* Location: anywhere in EU, preferably one of West Europe geographies.
