Our team is experiencing exciting growth within our established practice therefore we need to hire a Change Management Support Assistant. The Change Management Coordinator will work within the project team and under supervision of the Resident Engineer on a Sound Transit Link extension project. Assists the Change Manager in drafting change order packages for review and execution, assisting in implementing and managing cost solutions for the client using tools and methods consistent with Sound Transit standards, and other related duties as required. Developing and loading supplemental spreadsheets for pricing, changes, ETC's, and special analysis and reports as required. This position requires good communication (both verbal and written) skills, good decision-making capabilities, demonstrated proficiency in understanding construction documents, and a clear understanding of when issues need to get escalated to the Resident Engineer.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in construction related field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience working in change management/claims (on large infrastructure projects preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) is required
Ability to work as part of a team
Exhibits planning and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure on multiple project deadlines
Demonstrated ability to see a project through to completion
Ideally you will have:
6 + years of experience working in the construction industry
Experience using Unifier and MS Office tools, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
