Sr. Sales Analyst, Channel Partners

Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for monthly measurement and reporting of Distributor sales tracings
* Responsible for continuous and timely processing of sales tracing data in SAP
* Partners with finance/accounting to execute accurate distribution fees
* Maintains end user sales information in order to ensure an accurate database for Sales Information and Sales Incentive Payments.
* Communicates with Distribution and Sales to identify and resolve sales tracing discrepancies.
* Responsible for delivering regularly occurring business reports, new requests for data & analytics, and validation of data accuracy
* Drive resolution of systemic issues that result in the perpetuation of data inaccuracies.
* Be an innovation advocate for opportunities to improve the delivery of data to stakeholders through dashboard creation and automation
* Proactively work with key stakeholders and project teams to identify and develop data reporting & analytics, which will be used to make business decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, measure success and drive sustainment
* Ensure effective communications with stakeholders, using a variety of tools and channels
* Work independently and complete basic problem solving

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience (in years):

* Bachelors degree in field with 5+ years of related work experience OR
* Masters degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience OR
* Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience.

Knowledge and skills:

* Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups), Access, SQL and/or VBA
* Excellent problem solving
* Adept at tackling cross functional problems and routinely influence partner organizations
* Excellent oral and written communication skill
* Ability to multi-task and work independently
* Ability to solve complex problems while exercising exceptional judgement based on the analysis of the data
* Highly analytical, strong attention to detail and an ability to set and meet tight deadlines.

Physical requirements/abilities:

* Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions.
* Ability to work in an office environment
