As of January, this role will report into Global Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain

Position Overview

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

* Support Global Supply Chain Benchmarking initiative/roadmap for the KO System engaging directly with top 15-30 global bottlers as an active community

* Capture and maintain external benchmarks and best practices relevant to KO supply chain as well as build and maintain relationships with 3rd parties and non competitive peer companies for sharing and collaboration

* Lead Benchmarking analytics and support routines to identify exceptional performance as well as opportunity with specific bottlers in specific process areas

* Support Structured Continuous Improvement strategies to capture opportunities identified through Benchmarking

* Support Global Best Practice Sharing and reapplication (maintaining external perspective on SC Capabilities)

* Identify detailed opportunities by measure and process for learning and re-application for improvement between OUs and Bottlers based on opportunities identified as outputs of benchmarking analysis (best practices)

* Responsible for Global Supply Chain business analysis activities

* Conducts internal and external business research to define gaps and common opportunities

* Lead routines to accelerate opportunity identification and action to re-apply practice

* Responsible for processes for connecting key supply chain data sources, creation of information, metrics and insights, explore artificial intelligence technologies and drive data automation to unlock value and productivity for TI&SC.

* Support OU and Bottler regional benchmarking efforts

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Experience

* 10 years of supply chain experience working with global databases, information and insights, advanced analytical skillset.

* Requires ability to interact and influence TI&SC and bottler Supply Chain SMEs.

* Requires deep understanding on technical data processes, key drivers, and system knowledge

* Experience in formal process improvement methodologies

* Strong demonstrated capability and understanding, agility, and learning focus for data analytics and visualization

* Some understanding of supply chain best practices (internal, external and competitor)

Communication Focus

* Works closely with OU Supply Chain Leaders, SC Category Leads, SC Strategy Leads and R&D/Innovation Category Leads and TI&SC leaders.

* Engage directly with groups of Bottler Supply Chain leaders and SMEs to review and discuss complex analytics and insights
