Firmwide Regulatory Learning

The Firmwide Regulatory Learning team is responsible for management and execution of the Regulatory and Compliance training and awareness strategy in support of JPMorgan Chases global Compliance and Regulatory agenda.

The Regulatory Learning team works closely with the business and subject matter experts to identify, design and deliver appropriate learning solutions to JPMorgan Chase stakeholders and workforce members globally across the firm.

AWM Regulatory Learning

The Asset Wealth Management (AWM) Regulatory Learning team is a part of the Firmwide Regulatory Learning team within the HR Learning & Talent Solutions organization. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and prioritizing Regulatory and Compliance training and awareness needs and for the delivery of the appropriate learning solutions globally for the AWM line of business and related support functions.

This role will be based in Newark, DE and will report to the Regulatory Learning Director for Asset Wealth Management (AWM) and Consumer and Community Banking (CCB).

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with AWM Compliance and the business to assess and identify AWM Regulatory/Compliance education needs globally without creating redundancy
* Liaise with the Firmwide Regulatory Learning Design & Development team to identify education solutions that balance the needs of Compliance and the AWM business
* Coordinate and manage the Needs Assessment dialogue and provide tailored education solutions based on audience size, course content, and Compliance
* Assist in the prioritization of the Regulatory/Compliance training and awareness needs for the Lines of Business into the broader firm wide Global Compliance Training Plan
* Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and solid decision-making skills with strong upward communication
* Demonstrate strong leadership and influencing skills to ensure that we are advancing the Regulatory Learning strategic approach
* Lead complex cross function/LOB global learning projects partnering effectively with Learning Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Compliance Subject Matter Experts
* Proactively identify process opportunities and propose strategic, control-minded solutions to drive consistency across the teams
* Ability to implement and analyze sound measurement strategies and robust assessments to assess the effectiveness of training
* Maintain accurate Training Plan details in all related tools/systems to ensure accurate downstream reporting

Qualifications

* Minimum of 7 years of Regulatory/Compliance, Risk, and/or Control Management and training related experience
* Experience in facilitating training and awareness needs identification and assessment processes and in creating a comprehensive global training and awareness plan
* Experience working with global SMEs, audiences/learners and remote teams
* Track record of managing complex training and awareness initiatives or similar events
* Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and to clearly articulate key messages and strategies
* Strong understanding of business and regional environments, experience in the AWM line of business preferred
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
* Creative and strategic thinker with a strong control mindset
* Proven ability to accomplish high-level objectives in the context of business and function related goals/plans
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Excellent judgement and decision making skills
* PC competence, especially MS applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
