Job Description
Experience with one of more cloud based platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). AWS experience is a major plus especially experience beyond the common services (e.g. EC2, S3). Architect level AWS certification is a major plus.
Practical experience with Spring Framework (including Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Boot).
Experience with one or more of the following monitoring techologies or similar (e.g. Splunk, Grafana, Zenoss, DataDog, Senus, Graphite).
Experience with one or more of the following scripting techologies or similar (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Ansible).
Strong understanding of Object Oriented principles.
Experience with networking concepts and configuration.
Experience with RESTful APIs.
Practical experience with NoSQL database technologies (e.g. MongoDB, Redis).
Practical experience with relational database technologies preferably PostgreSQL.
Experience building applications based on Microservices Architecture and deployed in containers (Docker, AWS Continers, etc.) on a Kubernetes infrastructure is a plus.
Experience using Java 8 Generics, Lambda Expressions, and Streams are plusses.
Experience with messaging/streaming technologies (e.g. Kafka, Kinesis, SQS) is a plus.
Full stack experience is a plus (esp. AngularJS and Node.js)
Experience in the content delivery space (either ad delivery or VOD delivery) and especially with complicated systems solving for content processing and delivery workflows is a plus, but is not required.
Experienced with the Agile/Scrum/Kanban development/ops model using Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Rally).
Experience in a DevOps environment is a plus.

Salary:
Pay Range: $89,135.07 - $133,702.61
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
