Facebooks Global Business Marketing team is seeking an experienced marketing strategist to help empower our advertisers to develop meaningful, privacy-focused advertising strategies. The Customer Growth Strategist, Signals, will oversee the development, management and execution of educational programs - both one-to-one and one-to-many - that help businesses understand and navigate the evolving advertising ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience closely partnering with sales leaders and product marketing teams to develop holistic marketing strategies that serve the needs of their clients. This individual will need to be an experienced, hands-on contributor who is able to execute against business objectives while adapting to the outcomes of evolving strategies and technical frameworks. This person must be a flexible, cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, environment.

Customer Growth Strategist - Signals Responsibilities

* Develop and manage the production of programs that deliver thought leadership around delivering privacy-focused personalized advertising

* Work with account teams to understand advertiser needs, define project scope and provide proactive solutions for the client

* Keep up with fast-moving and high-priority changes to processes and best practices, communicating them with cross-functional teams and integrating them into your programs

* Orchestrate the production of large educational events (webinars, etc.) that inspire our advertisers and provide them with the tools they need to succeed with personalize advertising

* Create one-on-one workshops to educate and advise advertisers on signal resilient marketing strategies

* Manage and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders across account teams, business solutions, product marketing and Global Business Marketing

Minimum Qualifications

* 6+ years professional experience in marketing, with at least 4 years of experience in a digital-focused marketing role

* Demonstrated marketing expertise and experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels

* Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

* Analytical, data driven decision-maker

* Customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity

* Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply

* Content creation and project management skills

* Experience working with senior-level stakeholders across your organization

Preferred Qualifications

* BA/BS degree
