Goal Zero is looking for a graphic designer to join the marketing team. Youll work on a wide array of projects to support the Goal Zero business as a whole, anything from website layout, retail packaging and displays, customer facing brochures and workbooks, to sales support materials. We need someone with an in-depth knowledge of graphic design tools and layout techniques and a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team tobrainstorm andexecutevarious designs
Ability to maintain consistent design across all media
Design creative for all marketing collateral; packaging, advertising campaigns, web, presentations, events, branding, and social media.
Work closely with sales, product development and all other departments with their needs and projects.
Work with manager to ensure all creative is on brand and relevant to our markets/categories.
Take projects through all phases of the creative process; from planning, brainstorming and concepts, through execution and delivery.
Participate in group discussion and critiques, collaborate with members of other teams within marketing to understand project needs and produce innovative visual solutions.
Understand and follow creative direction from Creative Manager, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining thorough attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or similar field or equivalent work experience, preferred
2-4 year experience in design related field
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ,
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Great written and verbal communication skills
