In this role, you will work cross-functionally and liaise with internal and external partners to create, maintain, and communicate event messaging and event collateral in a variety of formats across the organization. This position supports internal Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) events and external DE&I strategic pipeline development events (e.g., Women of Color, SWE, NSBE, SHPE, National Black MBA, Out & Equal, SASE, HBCU, FIRST Robotics, etc.) and community engagement events and sponsorships. This role generates innovative and creative concepts and ideas to create engaging and timely content for internal and external audiences in support of the DE&I strategy.

Specifically, you will:

* Create and publish campaigns and content for executive social media accounts, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, internal DE&I Share Point site and other channels
* Collaborate and execute on the DE&I Social Media strategy
* Establish internal and external site design guidelines, standards, and best practices
* Act as the liaison to with internal and external key stakeholders tracking and monitoring events, identifying gaps and opportunities for Strategic Communications awareness, support and advisement
* Plan, conceptualize, produce and record Microsoft Teams DE&I internal events and videos
* Plan and oversee the production of printed and digital internal and external outreach and strategic event materials including brochures, flyers, signage, slides and ads.
* Create and distribute engaging executive level written and graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
* Maintain and update Launch app and communications and event logistics calendars with executive level communications
* Execute the completion of required survey forms of external employment awards, and make strategic recommendations, based on pipeline needs aligned with placement goals.
* Provide reporting and updated metrics, via surveys, regarding internal and external event attendance to determine effectiveness of DE&I internal and external outreach programs.
* Analyze event data to determine demographic participation, social media impressions, candidate pipeline, etc to determine effectiveness of the event
* Provide support in planning and execution of DE&I internal and external outreach and community engagement events, including external community organization sponsorships - Anticipating issues before they arise and proactively enacting solutions (this applies to every line item).

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong collaboration, organization and planning skills with the ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
* The ability to creatively think about a task or a problem in a new or different way, and the capability to use the imagination to generate new and innovative ideas from a unique perspective.
* Demonstrated inclusive work behaviors and sensitivity to potential positive and/or negative impacts on our companys reputation with a solution-focused and agile mindset.
* Ability to conceptualize, design and create engaging DE&I event collateral with knowledge of design tools and graphics.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Teams video and event production.
* Excellent event planning, time management and critical thinking skills; a self-starter who can prioritize work with exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with digital marketing, web design, social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
* Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes

Requirements

* Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Two years of related work experience
* Experience creating social media strategy

* Experience working on a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion project or team
* Experience with Sharepoint design

This role will primarily work remote initially, but travel will be required when more frequent in-person work and events resume.

Hours and Travel

Maintain regular, predictable and punctual attendance during regularly scheduled work hours at assigned worksite. Work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime. Meet travel requirements of the position.

Position will be filled at the appropriate salary grade based upon the skills, knowledge, and experience of the selected candidate.
