We are looking for a Business Manager who can help us optimize our resources to deliver great business results. As the Edge Business Manager, you will report to the Edge Chief of Staff and partner closely with the Edge LT, Edge engineering teams and key partners across the company, including finance, recruiting, and HR.
This role will collaborate with our broader team to define core customer value, ensure our growth and adoption targets are met, manage the business, and help bring feedback back to the team to drive further refinement and innovation. They will be a customer obsessed, results-oriented and data-driven individual who has the horsepower to solve complex problems; an owner who does what it takes to make our team successful; upholds high standards for their work and operate well in an ambiguous environment. They should be inquisitive and creative in finding opportunities to make our business better, and you should have the drive to dive into those opportunities.
As a Business Manager, we are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

* Ability to story-tell business and financial analytics and reports to audiences spanning multiple disciplines & seniority levels, including senior executives.
* Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, leading cross-team programs to desired results, and managing risk.
* Partner with finance and drive the financial management process, including financial planning and execution, cost management, resource and service demand planning.
* Partner closely with stakeholders across the team, along with talent acquisition and recruiting, to set and manage people and non-people targets.
* Streamline business processes across the business unit, optimizing for quality, efficiency and effective resource management. Includes development of business processes and tools to continuously improve organizational efficiency.
* Create and manage on-going review cadence for key team metrics: budget vs forecast, business performance, product KPIs, and service metrics. Develop review structure, scorecards, and tools as needed in partnership with team LT.
* Drive and continuously improve the overall execution of the Edge strategy, find efficiencies and help identify any unnecessary spend.
* Help support cross-org projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in business management, finance, or product/program management with track record of increasing scope of roles and responsibilities.
* Relevant experience with engineering environments working on rhythm-of-business activities, business operations, business management, finance, or other similar environments.
