The role of the Marketing Project Coordinator:
In this role, the Marketing Project Coordinator will under the direction of the Marketing Manager, deploy and lead industry, customer & internal events and marketing campaign activities.
That includes monitoring calendar, planning, budgeting, logistics, event attendance when required and delivery of results (leads/opportunities/revenue). Events could include tradeshows, roadshows, open houses, partner events, Esko Sales kickoff and Presidents Club, EskoWorld, virtual industry events, webinars, masterclasses among others as foreseen in the marketing plans and budgets.
These activities are expected to be completed professionally, on time, and within regional marketing budgets.
Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:
* Identify industry partners, negotiate contracts and execute other planning details as required
* Support Marketing Manager through the creation of theme and content and as they build interest & demand within our target customer base
* Ensure the internal resources are aligned for us to hold a successful event /campaign within the allotted budget
* Assist the Marketing Manager in the definition of the annual event / marketing campaign calendar and budget
* Other duties as assigned: identify industry partners for ad placements, content publications

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:
* 3+ years of experience
* Bachelors degree in marketing, event management, or communications related roles in technology companies
* Experience and exposure in leading and handling multiple projects including large customer events, global marketing campaigns.
* Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Highly organized, with great attention to details
