The Analyst of Quality Projects will be a key contributor to DaVitas efforts to provide integrated care to our Medicare dialysis patients. The Analyst will support Government Programs in the creation, extract, and management of large datasets, and demonstrate a proven ability to analyze and translate the data into meaningful business insights to support multiple integrated care programs and external clients/payors. This Analyst role will require expertise in quantitative analysis, project management, quality oversight, and an ability to work effectively across multiple teams, levels of the organization, and external clients/payors to support DaVita reach its goals for integrated care development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Act as project coordinator between different business lanes within DaVita departments to facilitate the improvement and analysis of clinical outcomes, patient experience, operational and financial parameters
* Understand quality program concepts including regulatory and accreditation standards
* Perform data analytics and financial modeling
* Develop and deliver operational and quality reporting
* Lead and coordinate the development efforts of assigned projects using Six Sigma and/or project management methodologies and tools
* Present findings from analysis to external and internal clients/stakeholders
* Use effective communication methods and well-developed interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from all levels of the organization and backgrounds
* Work closely with department teammates (clinical and non-clinical) to assist in evaluating, implementing and monitoring progress on key development and quality opportunities including clinical outcomes and patient experience
* Prepare, organize, and display data/results to convey targeted messages for each audience
* Support top enterprise initiatives with exposure to senior leadership and influential external stakeholders
* Effectively communicate and build relationships with myriad stakeholders, payors and business/functional lanes
* Lead projects with support from manager and the team
* Apply a relentless attention to detail in all deliverables
* Understands regulatory guidelines and operates within the guidelines to mitigate risk to the business
* Deal with confidential information using discretion and judgment

Your Qualifications and Attributes:

* 2+ years of experience preferred; IT, healthcare, project management, consulting, corporate finance, or corporate strategy a plus
* Strong, creative problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent writing and editorial skills
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Six Sigma Green Belt or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
* Proficiency in Minitab, SQL and VBA a plus
* Regulatory, legislative, legal, health plan, and/or social media experience a plus
* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
* Potential up to 25% travel
