Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is looking for you to join our team as a Product Owner for a software product team based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

What You rsquo;ll get to Do:

Candidate will serve as the Product Team Product Owner (similar to SAFe Product Manager) for the C2BMC Enterprise Services Product Team. Candidate will be responsible for driving value delivery for the infrastructure of a complex missile defense command and control system.

The candidate will perform the following tasks:

* Specify stakeholder needs to drive the frequent delivery of value to the customer
* Coordinate and prioritize needs for multiple Task Orders across multiple Product Teams
* Contribute to the overall C2BMC Program Roadmap
* Assess progress and report status to Leadership
* Act as the technical interface with the Government
* Manage stakeholder expectations
* Work with other Product Teams to plan and execute C2BMC releases
* Interface with the Run Ahead, System Architecture and Technical Leadership Teams and communicate priorities to the Product Team
* Support preparation and presentation of briefings and demonstrations to customer.
* Support the accomplishment of Earned Value Management, by working closely with the CAMs providing the supporting information to assess EV performance, and prepare variances and ETCs

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* Active Secret clearance
* 14 Years with Bachelors in Science; 12 Years with Masters; 9 Years with PhD. 18 years rsquo; experience in lieu of a degree
* Must have experience leading full life cycle development on large, integrated DoD systems, including requirements development and interpretation, design, implementation and test, fielding and maintenance.
* Experience leading and managing cross functional teams in the development and integration of distributed, real-time software systems.
* Demonstrated experience in performing stakeholder management in a large, complex Development program.
* Experience using agile metrics to manage and optimize a large development organization.
* Experience with DOORS, JIRA and Iteration planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

* SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (PM/PO) certification strongly desired.
* Excellent working knowledge of standard MS Office products.
* Preferred candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading a large (50+ person) organization and experience specifying customer needs and managing customer priorities.
* The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to work independently and will possess the poise and flexibility required to work in a highly dynamic environment.
* Good working knowledge of Ballistic Missile Defense concepts, Battle Management and Command and Control (BM/C2) systems, defense communications systems, and the BMDS is highly desired.
* Occasional travel will be required for this position.

Salary Min: $141,440

Salary Max: $212,160

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
