As Sr. Program Manager, you are responsible for the definition and delivery of important programs aimed at optimizing the advertising and shopper customer experience during peak shopping days (and beyond).
You will define and launch program tenets and success metrics, simplify current workflows to achieve our goals faster, and templatize efforts to reduce ambiguity for internal stakeholders. A key area of focus is to create a mechanism to ensure shopper and advertising customer experiences are meeting expectations. In this highly cross-functional role, you will lead and influence across product and business teams to meet your program goals. In this role, you will set objectives, analyze data, execute on your plans, and drive quantifiable continuous improvement - on behalf of our customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
5+ years experience in program or project management or 3+ years of experience with an MBA
Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
5+ years experience delivering cross functional projects or 3+ years of experience with an MBA
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience defining and executing against program requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Digital advertising and advertising technology experience
Proven track record of process simplification
Able to understand and write SQL queries
Strong experience with Excel and/or macro creation
