You are
A Business Analyst that develops a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements and applies industry best practices/detailed digital platform knowledge to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets or exceeds the functional requirements.
You will work hand in hand with customer stakeholders to define business processes and requirements, as well as support the development team to translate the vision of the customer's requirements and help with configuration of the solution. You will also participate in the planning and execution of testing efforts.
Qualifications
Here's what you need:
* BS/BA degree in human resource management or an MBA
* Experience working with a federal client
* Experience leading a team
* Experience using Power Automate, Power BI, ServiceNow
