* Drive global business programs to establish and improve common processes; Focus areas may include installation processes, identification and resolution for chronic units, engineering directed programs, field personnel toolkit development, etc.
* Partner with the global execution teams to define critical internal and external (Service Level Agreement) performance metrics
* Ensure process compliance by establishing monitoring methods and providing feedback to responsible organizations
* Continuously evaluate business key performance indicators and initiate improvement projects as required
* Be responsible and accountable for development of new tools and processes while consulting with global organizations
* Create strong relationships with regional execution teams to ensure engagement and delivery of new tools and processes
* Utilize strong communication skills to clearly and effectively influence others as well as provide updates to senior business leadership
* Operate autonomously to implement process improvement projects when issues are identified
* Executive contact for key customers on Field Execution.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or 8+ years of related experience
* Detailed oriented, analytical and/or technical experience, preferably within NCR Services
* Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software, excellent in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. multi-task, time management and organizational skills
* Ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency
* Ability to work as part of a team or independently
* Willing to work non-standard business hours as required by customers
