Job Summary:

Provide excellent customer service and operational support to the Disney World Shared Services stakeholders and suppliers. Responsibilities include customer service, achieving targeted invoice data matching/ posting goals, and addressing invoice defects timely. This role will be required to collaborate with internal partners, stakeholders and suppliers to identify/ propose process improvements that will reduce/ eliminate defects and drive efficiencies.
Responsibilities:

* Support invoice reconciliation for Food and Beverage
* Manage customer inquiries through multiple communication touch points
* Collect, file, and maintain supplier invoices
* Identify item and suppliers that trigger price match discrepancies
* Research and resolve supplier related questions around payment discrepancies
* Work with warehouse team around quantity discrepancies
* Analyze inquiry data and identify process improvements to reduce/eliminate defects and present to operational leadership
* Be an expert on the system functions as it relates to invoice processing and reconciliation
* Provide training to new team members on the process and procedures

Basic Qualifications:

* 2-3 years experience in invoice matching and payments
* Demonstrated strong customer service skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to multi task and prioritize competing priorities in a fast paced environment
* Logical thinker

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3-4 years experience in invoice matching and payments
* Demonstrated SAP knowledge
* Demonstrated Accounts Payable knowledge
* Demonstrated analytical skills

Required Education

* Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience
