Working collaboratively with Product Management and enterprise-cross functional teams to support go-to-market strategies and initiatives. As a Business Systems Analyst you will be responsible for translating customer problems into engaging solutions. Analysts work on solutions, interacting with development teams, technology, and the broader enterprise to ensure that features and capabilities within the portfolio are built to ensure the best-possible user experience.

Primary Responsibilities
* Solicit, review and analyze business requirements
* Write business and technical requirements ensuring solution meets business needs.
* Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders
* Apply technology to enable business solutions
* Apply technical and analytical skills to derive at customer centric solutions while driving innovative solutions and assessing impact on solution
* Recommends and assisting with UAT requirements
* Be able to understand system design and requirements to conduct demos to business stakeholders, internal and external customers
* Solicits for understanding and clarifying of business requirements by asking probing questions and helping in prioritization
* Be able to write detailed client-centric technical and training documentation for internal or external customers
* Applies understanding of technology to influence others and assess feasibility of solutions
* Adapts to various methodologies

Required Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Health Information Management, Business, Finance, Health Administration or equivalent experience
* 2 years of experience in reviewing, analyzing and drafting business requirements to solve complex issues
* 2 years of experience in data analysis/business analysis
* 2 years of experience in technical software/systems support
* Intermediate level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* 10 travel to conferences/large meetings as needed

Preferred Qualifications
* Agile Software Development/scrum team experience
* Hospital/facility medical records coding experience
* Healthcare industry experience
* Experience using Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, PowerPoint)
* RALLY software experience
* Experience supporting cloud-hosted solutions
* Understanding of Software Product Management Cycle
* Knowledge of Relational Databases (SQL Server)

Colorado Residents OnlyThe salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
