Job Summary
The Enrollment Technology Consultant will be the technical expert that works closely with the FVP, AVPs and Sales Consultants in their assigned region. The role will be the liasion between the Allstate Benefits sales teams, the technology partner sales teams and our key national and regional broker partners. This position will enhance the sale of Allstate Benefit products by fully understanding the technical platforms we support and applicable technical components.
Key Responsibilities
Align support and drive priorities with FVP/AVPs in their dedicated territory
Provide support to sales consultants on all questions, best practices and strategic planning relative to enrollment technology direction within industry and Allstate Benefits
Conducts face-to-face and telephonic broker visits, conference calls, and pre-sale and finalist consulting activities
Creates and maintains relationships with key enrollment partners, technology firm sales representatives and key broker partners with a technology partner license within their assigned territory
Advises FVP, AVPs and Sales Consultants on the best technology, platform and product solutions based on client needs
Expert technical adviser on all enrollment solutions within Allstate Benefits (EMW, BenSel, Choice Partner, Paper, Choice Enroll)
Collaborate with Partner Development Consultants (PDC) and Partner Development Integration Consultants (PDIC) to stay informed of partnership, strategy and capabilities of Choice Partner platforms
Acts as an integrator to bring the Allstate Benefits sales team together with key brokers leveraging a resale license with any of our choice partner technology platforms

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years in technology (sales and/or operations) in the Voluntary Benefits industry
Minimum 2 years of Enrollment Firm or Technology Firm sales or operations experience

Ability to support sales while effectively managing multiple partners - FVP/AVP/SC, technology platform and consultants
Has personal initiative to set goals and task that stretch abilities and follow through on them
Recognized technology expert by internal and external sales partners
Experience in analysis and tracking of effectiveness of partner relationships
Skilled trainer for both internal and external partners on capabilities, differentiators and innovative technology enrollment solutions
Proficiency in enrollment analytics and reporting to refine best practices
Ability to travel several times a month (varying based on need), within their assigned territory to support the sales team
Excellent written, verbal and group presentation communication skills
Compensation Data
The starting salary for this role is $80,000 commensurate with experience.
