Job Description
The Agent Development Specialist is a dynamic, self-motivated agent coach whose primary responsibility is to help our agents live exceptional lives. This position will work with the Branch Managers within one or more offices, onboarding new agents and in implementing a system of new and existing agent training that will support the success of our sales associates. This is achieved by being a subject matter expert in all the company business building and industry tools, supporting the agent onboarding process, hosting one on one and small group trainings and supporting the Managing Brokers with agent recognition. This position is a critical support to the Managing Broker in leading our Core 4 Values and developing the culture of the office.
Essential Job Duties:
New Agent Affiliations:
* Lead a seamless, comprehensive and supportive onboarding process. Includes (but not limited to) conducting orientation, training on company tools (i.e. Moxi, InTouch, Market Reports, etc.), introducing our vendor relationships, introducing our affiliated partners and how we support one another, etc.
* Blue Glove onboarding support for all Welcome Home and TARP qualified agents.
Production Power
* Provide 1:1 training as requested to our agents on our company tools and systems (sales building tools)
* Host small group training sessions on our sales production tools, social media best practices, personal branding, listing marketing, etc. Always steering the agents to use our tools to support these areas.
* Champion the use of our affiliated support partners and reinforce the value with all our agents (in tandem with Managing Broker).
* Present at every sales meeting. Training/promotion of company tools, marketing ideas, best practices, etc.
Culture of Awesomeness
* Support the Managing Broker with in-office agent recognition events.
* Support the Managing Broker as needed with potential recruits and showcasing the company value proposition.
* Work with Regional Marketing to support and promote regional marketing events (i.e Clients for Life)
* Be a customer service champion for all agents, employees and vendors that use our offices. This includes operation with a concierge mentality and being prepared to support our agents with what they need each day.
Other Duties:
* Managing office social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
* Help maintain physical office space. Make sure common areas remain neat throughout the day. Work with facilities coordinator as needed for supplies, equipment support, etc.

Qualifications:
* 3 or more years customer service experience required;
* Prior Real Estate industry experience required. Real Estate License is not required.
* Technologically proficient in all areas including but not limited to: familiarity with various operating systems on PCs and Macs and ability to navigate computer software
* Ability to learn new software programs on an as needed basis, skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher (including utilizing templates and mail merge), and Adobe programs such as Adobe Acrobat
* Proficient and skilled in social media applications including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, company web pages, MLS
* Ability to communicate with different audiences to convey message successfully and to change gear quickly to support different customers
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment as well as manage deadlines and time constraints.
* Customer focused, delivery oriented, good team member, values honesty and integrity
* Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills (both verbal and written).
