Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform preventative maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on a variety of production equipment including print and apply machines, scan tunnels, printers, robots, conveyors, etc. along with the additional responsibilities listed below.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Supports facilities staff by performing maintenance duties such as maintenance of office equipment, and computer systems, electrical projects, light construction.
* Maintain print and apply machines, scan tunnels, printers, etc.
* Maintain and repair robots
* Works with outside contractors and vendors on facilities and equipment repairs.
* General Maintenance, Troubleshooting and operations maintenance for all equipment used in facility.
* Utilizes work order system.
* Maintains robotics and other business automation.
* Ability to measure voltage and current accurately and safely and to use this data to troubleshoot circuits.
* Mechanical experience with aligning bearings, shafts and drives.
* Adjust tension of belts and chains.
* Develop an overall maintenance schedule based on the requirements of each device.
* Ability to analyze cards and chips and replace if necessary.
* Troubleshoot network systems.
* Troubleshoot cabling and I/O devices.
* Configure and troubleshoot IBM compatible computers.
Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm
Qualifications:
* 1+ years of experience performing maintenance/troubleshooting in industrial setting
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to perform lifting (weight varies based on product).
* Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
