This crucial work is led by our AdTech Partnerships team. Audience Network is looking for an experienced people leader and Ad Technology subject matter expert to provide strategic direction for Strategic Partner Managers supporting supply-side partners (e.g., Google, Ironsource). The ideal candidate will play a dual hat of strong people leader and leverage industry expertise to inform strategy and provide counsel on the key decisions that will continue to develop Audience Networks strong relationships with these key partners.
AdTech Partnerships Global Strategy Lead Responsibilities
* Create and execute AdTech partner strategy and roadmap based on partner and product priorities as well as market dynamics
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, finance, and engineering
* Develop and retain and motivate a diverse Americas-based team, continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities
* Provide strategic direction for Global AdTech Partnerships team
* Represent Facebook Audience Network and provide thought leadership and perspectives in external meetings with executives from other companies
Minimum Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in sales, channel sales and/or business development roles in digital media
* Experience with defining, developing and leading large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
* Experience building, managing and retaining a team of diverse talent as well as creating a culture of innovation, accountability and a commitment to achieving results
* Experience in ad tech with focusing on mediation layers and publishing solutions
* Proven collaboration and relationship-building skills with experience developing working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Facebook
* 10+ years of experience in sales, channel sales and/or business development roles in digital media
Preferred Qualifications
* Deep understanding of programmatic buying technologies and their strategic and competitive positions
* Masters Degree/MBA (in a relevant domain)
