The responsibilities in this role include, among other tasks:

* The circuit design, performance verification, placement and layout of subblocks, and documentation for logic blocks on System-on-a-Chip (SOC) project
* Close interaction with the logic design, design automation, and backend teams
* Ensuring the design database is ready for manufacture, by proper timing, power, and noise simulations and analysis of results, ensuring all constraints are met

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research, and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Requirements

The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 1+ years experience in: - OR - a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 6+ months of experience in:

* Circuit design work
* Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI design)
* Complementary MOS (CMOS) circuits design
* Digital logic and optimizations
* Low power implementation techniques
* Circuit design tradeoff for power performance and area
