Description

Provides support to the JTF-SD Technical Director rsquo;s Office (TDO), JTF-SD / J8, and other stakeholders for onboarding new capabilities to the National Space Defense Center (NSDC) / Joint Task Force Space Defense (JTF-SD).

Conduct technical analysis of capabilities, determining impacts on JTF-SD / NSDC systems, leading Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and lead battle rhythm events / meetings to gain government guidance / decisions.
Manage and administratively control the JTF-SD onboarding process rsquo; Change Advisory Board (CAB) and JTF-SD Adjudication Board (JAB) - both chaired by the TD.
Engage with the S amp;T community to help vet innovation ideas, and provide a conduit to engage the OTD.
Engage with technical subject matter expert (SME) to help articulate NSDC mission requirements, gaps, inefficiencies, and technical needs with outside agencies.
Support JTF-SD leadership preparation, executive correspondence and meeting support for engagement with Program Integration Council (PIC), HQ USSF, USASPACECOM, SpOC Functional Area Manager (FAM) and Technical Agents (TA).
Draft, coordinate, and staff OTD documents, memos, and internal/external correspondence.
Support all functional and programmatic aspects of the government rsquo;s ongoing work to evolve current battle-space awareness (BSA), data, analysis, visualization, C2BMC, CONOPS/TTP, exercises/wargames, modeling amp; simulation (M amp;S), theater support and warfighter training portfolios to meet evolving mission requirements.
Other duties as required/requested by the Government within the constraints of the Maintenance of Space Situational Awareness Integrated Capabilities (MOSSAIC) contract.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

Education/Experience for the Principal level: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science in a relevant STEM discipline from an accredited college; 3 Years with Masters; 0 with PhD
Active Department of Defense (DoD) TS SCI Clearance
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to take / pass counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
Ability to interface with multiple stakeholders from a variety of organizations (internally and externally) in support of requirements development
Ensure that performance and quality products conform to established company, contractual, and regulatory standards
Experience with agile software development methodologies and tools; example, Atlassian products, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Previous experience supporting GOV/DoD customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of or experience in DoD Space and/or NRO capabilities
Familiarity with Systems Engineering processes
Experience with C2 center/service system or C2 application system and SDA operations
Candidate must be willing to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph (if required by customer)

Salary Range: $92,000-$138,000
