Develop a strategy for Culture, Performance, and Engagement which will be deployed through strategic talent management interventions, programs and processes across Honeywell. You will direct the development of a holistic strategy to help shape the culture through infusing the Honeywell behaviors, employee engagement, and inclusion to drive performance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop a holistic Honeywell strategy for succession management and internal talent movement

* Own, improve and deploy processes in the areas of succession planning

* Influence and develop leaders to improve the internal talent pipeline relative to ready now successors for key talent roles

* Bring external perspective and thought leadership to deploy innovation in the area of succession planning, internal talent movement, and overall talent management.

* Led key change initiatives through the HR and the overall organization

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred)

10+ years' experience in Human Resources or Talent Management

* Ability to successfully partner with and influence multiple stake holders within a global company.

* Broad knowledge and experience with Human Resources Management systems, competencies, and best practices.

* Ability to implement change management processes effectively.

* Ability to think, act and deploy strategies with key leaders through effective communication and collaboration skills.

* Analytical skills and acting on insights.

* Ability to lead and mentor direct reports.
