This Senior HR Director role supports our Global Security Business in Honeywell Building Technologies. As the Senior HR Director, you will play an essential role partnering with the Global Security leadership team to lead HR initiatives involving strategic transformation, change management, stakeholder engagement, anticipating risks, and managing projects.

Transformation agenda reshape the business and deliver flawless execution and say/do on regional repositioning

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's Degree

At least 10 years of Human Resources experience

At least 5 years of Global Human Resources experience

Excellent communication skills

Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

Previously demonstrated senior leadership skills
