RN Same Day Surgery and OR RN Circulator
The Registered Nurse (RN) Same Day Surgery provides direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric patient populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Assists with the maintenance of PACU equipment and inventory. Participates in performance improvement activities. Responsible for monitoring patients physiological status in the immediate postoperative environment. Communicates with surgeon and anesthesiologist continuously, and as needed, about patient conditions; receives direction for patient management. Intercedes to maintain optimum homeostasis.
The Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room/OR oversees and directs the care of surgical patients. The Surgery RN is responsible for the care of patients in all-surgical specialties. The RN serves as primary nurse leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Oversees and directs the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.

Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required)
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
* Utah RN License or Compacy State RN (required)
* Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
* ACLS or Basic EKG certification within 6 months from start date.
* PALS within 6 months from start date.
