Looking to provide Quality guidance to manufacturing and support operations for a Fortune 200 Company with some of the most iconic brands? If you have a Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Material Science, Engineering, Business Management or other applied sciences along with 4 plus years of Quality experience, we want to speak with you! We are currently looking for a Sr. Factory Conformance Analyst in Richmond, VA to manage and continually improve Quality Management System (QMS) process for Altria Compounds LLC (ACL).
What you will be doing:
Assuring ACL's Quality Management System is consistent with Altria Quality Requirements, while adhering to established Safety and Environmental requirements. Managing Product Quality Incident Investigations, which includes but not limited to, investigations, containment, cause analysis and corrective actions determination. Managing Quality Management System to include documents, training and records. Leading Corrective and Preventive Action teams. Performing and participating in audits and risk assessments. Developing and maintaining quality performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve the Quality Management System.
We want you to have:
Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Material Science, Engineering, Business Management or other applied sciences 4+ years of experience working in Quality. Ability to draw on QMS knowledge and experience to problem solve, identify needs and apply knowledge to develop and implement sustainable solutions. Demonstrated excellence in communication and engagement skills with business partners and teams both formally in writing/presentation and orally. Ability to work cross functionally to engage multiple and diverse perspectives to achieve business objectives. Ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts, as well as weekends Experience with leading teams through problem solving and use of continual improvement tools (e.g. CAPA, Data Analysis)
