Job Description

Your day to day:

- End to end application ownership:

Delivery Manager is responsible to fully understand the product vision and strategy end to end as well as technical architecture and Infrastructure (Business value and tech constraints or gaps, if any)
Understands Business value (OKR/KPI) of customer demands and impact to our tech ecosystem
Should understand the program from end-to-end user POV to explain any technical risks, roadblocks and dependencies back to Business partner
Responsible for delivery and committed goals and timelines
Understand software architecture and be able to explain integration diagrams
Works with UX team to conduct research, end user feedback and NPS scores.
Presentation and demo to prospective new customer areas
Create, communicate, and manage detailed program and/or project plans that span across multiple partners internally and externally.

- Primary contact for the Team, Key stakeholders and Leadership team:

Builds strong partnership with all stakeholders and creates trust as we engage with new customers or interested areas
Works closely with our current stakeholders, considering their feedback and Business plans to ensure program delivery success
Engage with Product and Business leads to understand value to provide or need to be covered, along with priority and impacts of these changes.
Project charter development on new efforts. Definition of MVP and consequent release plan.
Provides status update to leadership (Weekly leadership customer meeting for ongoing initiatives, QBR with all stakeholders)
Ensures sign offs and feedback from all stakeholders are considered in each phase (release requirements, QA/UAT sign off, production Go/No Go sessions)
Works with TPM and tech expert to clear roadblocks (DM as point of escalation for TPM/Tech lead) Help negotiate workarounds and compromises with the business
Provides reports with committed deliverables, tracking financials and communicates on risks/roadblocks
Communicate and share goals, planned deliverables and accomplished milestones in a timely manner to team and leadership

- Product mindset – Agile Methodology:

Understands Core product functionalities and any needed customizations
works with the team to track performance of the solution and identify and communicate on opportunities for optimization of our Product to the team (KPI)
Major contributor to the building out an increasingly agile and iterative Delivery Excellence organization by establishing standard tools and best practices that can be used across the portfolio.

- Global Production support management and communication status to customers, leadership and stakeholders

You have:

10+ years related technology experience, 8+ years technology project/program management experience
BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
Experience overseeing budgets of at least $5+ million
Experience defining, overseeing and developing large matrix project resources and teams
Proven expertise in technology delivery, change and program management methodologies, concepts, practices, procedures and standards.
Proven expertise with agile methodologies, including the scaled agile framework
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage business partners and external vendors
