Design, develop new, and maintain existing automated test suite in Digital Transformation
Platform environment both on premise and cloud. Develop automation strategy and planning
across the Hadoop environment with CI/CD enablement. Innovate and automate existing
processes to allow QA organization to be more efficient and work on QA processes and
methods. Automate API (Web Services, RESTful) testing using programming languages and
existing tools/ new tools including: Java, Node.JS, SQL, JavaScript, Shell Scripts, TestNG,
Selenium, Cucumber, SOAP UI or similar tools. Build reporting tools for the QA manual team
and developers. Support team members to develop automation code with coding practices and
reusable libraries. Create and maintain coding documentation and develop
components/applications by studying operations. Work with agile methodologies including
SCRUM/SAFe, with Test Driven Development, and Continuous Integration (e.g. GIT, CircleCi).
Design, develop, and install software solutions and develop software for ingesting and analyze
Big Data. Create and maintain standard coding documentation.
Required Qualifications
2 years in Software or Quality Assurance Engineering. EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING AUTOMATION FRAMEWORK AND TEST SCRIPTS IN JAVA FOR VARIOUS SCENARIOS; DEVELOPING REST APIS AS A BACKEND. REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING VARIOUS MULTITHREADED SERVICE COMPONENTS INTERACTING WITH KAFKA PIPELINE;
DEVELOPING AUTOMATION STRATEGY AND PLANNING ACROSS HADOOP ENVIRONMENT WITH CI/CD ENABLEMENT; AND WRITING UNIT TESTS, TESTING AND
DEPLOYING COMPONENTS IN VARIOUS ENVIRONMENTS. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DESIGN TEST AUTOMATION FRAMEWORKS AND REUSABLE METHODS;
AUTOMATED TESTING USING JAVA, TESTNG; UNDERSTANDING OF TEST-DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT (TDD), AND BEHAVIOR DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT (BDD).
